The main issue was the Risotto and Paella we ordered. The risotto was overcooked to the point of it being a porridge and the paella was basically rice with tomato sauce and a couple muscles.
A simple and understated atmosphere, a lot of mismatched yet coordinated appeal. The staff was wonderfully friendly and accommodating, including customizing one of their signature cocktails to my wife's tastes. The menu features heavily from the farm owned by the chef's husband, making for really fantastic ingredients and inventive and delicious combinations. All three courses were delicious, and serving sizes were perfect, not too small or large large. Beer selection was also great, not huge, but a good mix of ultra local, state local, and generic. Would gladly visit here again.

Not a good selection of food, definitely not meant for kids, and can easily get crowded. Looks like it came right out of a hipster's Pinterest... Went there for a family anniversary and there was no room for anything... Only had 5-7 food options and they come in small portions... Tbh..not worth going...
I was part of a group of 3 that dined at Black Krim Tavern on 7/22/17. We ordered the Wonton appetizer and it was great. We also ordered a few beers which were terrific. Lots of local beers here.
This is a small town restaurant that's trying to make dishes they don't know how to make.
That's not how you make either of those dishes.
